These Terms govern use of the RIST WORLD alpha and related ReLiCGameMaster services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
RIST WORLD is under active development. Features, storage formats, availability, access rules, and compatibility may change. Back up material that is important to you. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued.
You retain ownership of original material you create and upload. You grant ReLiCGameMaster a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, transform as technically necessary, and back up that material solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content.
Do not use the service to violate law; infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware; bypass access controls; impersonate others; harass or threaten people; exploit minors; or upload nonconsensual intimate imagery. Content or accounts may be restricted or removed when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, or enforcement of these Terms.
GameMaster rulings, user-created worlds, names, cards, lore, and other community content may differ from official ReLiCGameMaster content. A user's in-world statement or game ruling does not become an official statement by ReLiCGameMaster merely because the platform displays it.
Users are responsible for respecting third-party licenses and intellectual-property rights. References to third-party games, services, platforms, or brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting devices and credentials used to access it. Report suspected unauthorized access to relic.gamemaster@gmail.com.
The current public alpha is not intended for children under 13. Additional parental-consent and age-gating systems may be added before younger users are permitted to create accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the alpha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReLiCGameMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the alpha. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected by a new “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
